Dear Residents,

Please be reminded to dispose of all household garbage directly through the designated garbage chute.

Kindly do not leave garbage bags or waste inside the garbage room or any common areas, as this may cause unpleasant odours and attract pests.

Residents found leaving garbage in unauthorized areas may be subject to penalties charged directly to the respective unit owner, in accordance with the community.

Your cooperation is appreciated in keeping our community clean, hygienic, and pest-free.
