Residents with parking bays located in the lowest basement level are kindly advised to remain alert and be readily available.

In the event that rainfall intensifies, you may need to move your vehicle to a higher level to prevent potential flooding risks. Our on-site team has been informed and is on standby to provide assistance should any urgent support be required.

We encourage all residents to stay informed of weather updates and exercise caution during this period.

Dear Residents,

 

Please be informed that the access card reader system for the basement doors will become operational starting Saturday, 14 March 2026.

 

All access doors located in the basement area will be activated, and entry will be controlled through the card reader system.

 

Residents may continue to use their existing access cards, as these will work with the newly activated system. No new cards are required.

 

We kindly request all residents to ensure they carry their access cards when entering the basement areas.
