Booking Steps:
• Complete and submit the SPA Booking Form with required documents and send it back to us.
• One form per resident per facility.
• Please wait for confirmation from the SPA Team before visiting.

Important:

• Residents and guests must adhere to all SPA Rules & Policies at all times.
• Cancellation: Minimum 2 hours prior to booking.
• Late arrivals: Only the remaining confirmed time will be allowed.
• Wednesdays: Ladies-only bookings for all SPA facilities.
• Waiver forms must be signed before entering the SPA (including SPA Linea Waiver for massage treatments).

 Payment: POS available at the SPA reception.
